Your biceps and triceps will be huuuge after some time training them. I'm sure that after some time you can do pull ups (onderhands/bovenhands). You should ask Joel Beukers to be your "groeimaatje" and do a collab on fitness :) What are you aspire to do, Olympic wise ? Also, if you want more green you should visit the Eastern part of NL as it's more beatifull than the western part (green wise) like Overijssel. Work out in nature, it's great.
I don't think they will be huge. They are already developed so unless I gain weight they will stay the same. Maybe, thank for sharing ideas. I just train for the handbikebattle and after we shall see what happens.

I did have a question about transfers WC handbike. Does it always require the assistance of another person? Or, can this be done independently?
