Schuey was unlucky not to have been given more time however there must have been something not right in the background and Walters clearly felt standards weren't where they should be. In hindsight it was unfair on Pelach being brought into that environment for his first management role and I hope he comes back from this.
Fair point, although previously we've given managers time e.g. Jones, MON, AN... unfortunately for Pelach he couldn't be given more time due to the gravity of the situation and the sheer lack of confidence in the team that were falling rapidly down the table. Shawx has had an immediate impact I just hope Robins can continue the turnaround, I think we need to bolster midfield in the window, that would help.
Coventrys loss is our gain, very very optimistic for the future of Stoke City. Now is the time to turn the corner and climb the league and make the bet365 a fortress once again ⚽️🔴⚪️👊
Not being bitter here but Robins won't be nowhere near as popular or successful at Stoke than he was at Cov. Our success was a lot to do with Adi Viveash and later on Dennis Lawrence and it's no coincidence our form completely dipped when they left.
