I think phantom red is either Merida as she has red hair and was mentioned before and was one of the few princesses left to be added or redd from pirates of the Caribbean franchise as she is a pirate it explains how she knows cj and maybe on a boyage she met Ariel who is a mother phantom red when she was a mermaid! And her name is redd so it could add up? Plus jack sparrow has been introduced so maybe more pirates of the Caribbean characters will be added? These are just my guesses so it could be anyone!
