- In today's Indonesia travel vlog we are in Yogyakarta in central Java, visiting the second largest temple in the world Prambanan Temple! After some exploring we decide to watch the sunset over Candi Sewu temple, where we overstay our welcome and get locked in... Join us as we explore these beautiful ancient ruins. We finish the vlog at Malioboro street, checking out the markets and street food in Yogyakarta!

yeah....both prambanan and candi sewu are amazing.....borobudur no longer worth it, even for us locals. For that dry pie, usually locals eat it with coffee or tea. Nyolong is thieving and nolong is helping....so the translation mixes it up.

If you both love temples, then visiting Borobudur temple is a must. It's not too far from Prambanan temple
For our circumstances it was one or the other and this time we chose Prambanan! Will have to go to Borobudur one day though!

The temple is closed at five because there was some cases of missing stone (stealing) by the tourist, both local and foreign tourist. The thief stole the pieces of stone of the tempe, and sometimes they breaks the statue to take some part of the body of the temple.
Because of it, the temple now is closed before it's getting dark..

Many youtubers or foreign complaint with the high ticket price to enter Borobudur or Prambanan Temple. I thought its normal, and both temples are worth it to visit once a life time because its human masterpiece build 1000 years ago and UNESCO World Heritage. Visitors money will be used as conservation fund to preserve and rebuild the ruined temples.

How you are allowed to fly drone at the first place?that always wonders me because last time when I was there in 2019,I wasn’t allowed to fly the drone in temple area and it’s surroundings.

Little fun fact; the pieces of the little temple around the main area is placed by their group. And how they rebuild that? All i know when i visit prambanan, they told me that they put it pieces by pieces like a lego, that's why there's a number in each piece
