I think the reason why it crinkled so much was becuase you stretched your lips while applying it. Even as a 14 year old myself I know that with matte textures you shouldn't stretch your lip. Due to that fact that it tears them. Think of it like a band-aid on the back of your foot. Just some advice for future reviews and for the health of your lips.
Hey baby I actually have the lipstick in Merengue and a glass in Ramatuelle and I love them. I start but using Burt bees Sweet Orange lip balm that actually exfoliate your lips as well I wait about five minutes before applying the liquid lipstick I let it dry for about 3 minutes and then I'll go in with a lip gloss if I want a lip gloss but the lip gloss alone on my lip is amazing it makes them look full and like I them almost velvety finish. I went back on the site to try to buy more and they were sold out of the entire collection so I found a few more at Nordstrom's waiting on those to be delivered.
