I was having trouble with a shell stuck in the A pickup die. The tip with the screw at 1:32 did the trick. Thanks!

Mine won’t press the front pieces anymore, like it’ll still press regularly for the backing but there’s no resistance or crimping any more for the front, I even switched places of the holders and it still doesn’t press
The part that crimps the front pieces seems okay too the springs are fine but for some reason I can press far enough anymore to crimp the front pieces

@@platonicsage1298 It part I didn't notice a piece was stuck in the part that crimps because I forgot what the top die felt like and was pushing the the back with the pin into the die, once I finally realized that was the problem and took out the piece and started setting the back piece in, like gently drop it in, it started working again

I am having a problem with the top not picking up the bottom. I have tried all the troubleshooting things shown. The paper is crimping just not picking up the back. Do not see where you have responded at all. look forward to any ideas

I found the well the back of the button sits in is too deep...I put a plastic washer in first to lift the backing up without interfering with the pin and now works a treat

@@glassguru9087 where did you find the plastic washer?

@@pristalyeung692 I made it myself, it needs to be thick enough to lift the badge enough for the cover to clip onto it (2-3mm) and have a hole in the centre large enough so it doesn't interfere with the safety pin

i just purchased this machine. i can't get my 3" badge make to crimp. i have wasted a dozen buttons trying. step one goes well. when i go to step 2, press down on the lever, it will not connect the button top to the button bottom. i have tried to put the bottom pin in 4 different directions, but still it will not crimp. i have tried to put two papers together, hoping it needs more thickness, still no luck. i'm feeling hopeless, please help me. please.

I have a problem with mine, basically the front of the badge is not able to stick to the top in order for me to connect the bottom. Been trying to fix it for a few hours now and no idea?

It seems ridiculous. That photo paper is too heavy.
