Aaron is a yoga teacher who discovered the years of stretching involved in yoga were leading him down the path of a spinal fusion. Educating himself on body anatomy and muscle activation techniques, Yogi Aaron has since created his own approach to yoga called AYAMA, Applied Yoga Anatomy + Muscle Activation™, which leads to better balance and muscle strengthening. He has avoided spinal fusion and helped many chronic pain sufferers become pain-free with this technique.
