For reference, I got mine for $20 at a WinCo Foods in Utah today. Something not shown here is that the fuse is on the side, so you light that and it travels through, lighting different color fountains which burn for a while (5) of various colors. They burn these colors for a while in flares directly outward, then they transition to the first stage shown in this video. Hope this helps!
You are talking about Taco Tuesday from TNT. That fountain does what you describe but has none of the effects that are in this one. No silver flying fish, lava or willow effects like this one. I hope this helps.
