One question / concern though.
With you making the “kitchen” panels of thin plywood, wont they act as a drum and vibrate like crazy when balling down the road? You could put a bit of that rubber dampening stuff you used on the rest of the van on them to silence the noise !

Thank you. Nah they're mounted so securely with the bolts they didn't rattle at all. Wood doesn't really do that too much. Now there's insulation behind them too so it's super quiet!

Sick vid, when you get that thing out over-landing and you’re getting those crazy nature shots again everyone’s gonna loose it, im excited just waiting! Super cool seeing the rivets process, and I tried some sound dampener and noticed a big difference on this boat I was working on today, made me think of an earlier build video on the vanski, glad I had a walk through before I did it 🤙🏼

European conversions usually add all sorts of types of insulation behind panels like these, have you not done that because you'll just be using it in hot parts of 'Murika? 🤔

I added a couple inches of wool behind all the panels! It’s incredibly insulated. It’s often warmer in the van than the outside in the middle of the night just from my body heat and it did great in the summer.
