These techniques have been so helpful. I’ve been able to do the first one alot at my gym…and I never can usually do anything Lol. I haven’t been able to do the one where you squat down yet…but I’ll keep trying.

I'm a white belt and I'm confident I can pull this off. Kennan has a way of demystifying a lot of the positions in BJJ where you feel like you don't know where to go next. Tried a knee cut the other day, but I find this to be much better.

Very effective guard pass. I typically pass to the right side as opposed to the knee cut. Huge success rate.
