You can make a stencil out of a foam board or thick cardboard. I like to make my own especially for holidays.

Do you put out whiteboards and regular markers at the same time? If so, how do you separate so kids don't use regular markers on the whiteboards?

It would be easiest to keep them separated. So if you have a white board activity, you don’t put paper and markers out. Or you put them in a separate spot, perhaps as a table activity.
