The Cowboys became a team in 1960 and if you look at every QB the Cowboys and Bears had every year since then, the Bears starting QB would've been a 2nd or 3rd string QB for the Cowboys.
In the 1960s, the Cowboys had Eddie LeBaron, Don Meredith, Craig Morton, and Roger Staubach taking snaps as a starter. In the 1970s, it was Staubach and Morton. In the 1980s, it was Danny White and Troy Aikman. in the 1990s, it was Aikman. In the 2000s, it was Quincy Carter, Vinny Testaverde, Drew Bledsoe, Brad Johnson, and Tony Romo. In the 2010, it was Romo and Dak Prescott to present day. There has never been a Bears QB who would've beaten any one of them for their job and might not have been able to beat out the 2nd stringers.
The closest challenge would've been Jim McMahon versus an aging Danny White but as an overall QB, White was much better than McMahon. Oh, yeah, Chad Hutchinson and Andy Dalton were backups for the Cowboys that got picked up by the Bears to be a starter.
That's 65 years of ineptitude at trying to find a QB. They can't draft, trade, or sign a free agent who is a true NFL starting-caliber QB. Maybe things change with Williams, but it's gonna be a while before he's gonna be considered better than Prescott.

I'm all for wanting to incorporate your family, but what's his son doing just awkwardly hanging out in the backgr for the whole interview? Pop in, say hi, make yourself scarce 😂

Nah, the Bears are at the start of a rebuild. They’re at the exact same spot the Lions were three years ago. They just need a year or so to clean the old funk out first.

Rebuild my ass, last year with no weapons 9 wins this year with weapons to throw to 4 wins,we could have kept Justina got a line to protect him. Now we are back to square one.we are afraid of success and definitely afraid of a head coach who has a personality that exudes confidence.
