If you jump to leaving a bad review, that review stays there no matter how much a business grows and improves. If you tell the business what went wrong, USUALLY they will bend over backwards to try to make things right, just to keep you from leaving a bad review. You should always contact someone first. Although I agree that she should have left a bad review after they tried to charge her for false damages, because that shows that they weren't interested in improving, they were interested in making a quick buck on a foundation of dishonesty.

Currently planning my own wedding, I can vouch that all florists are villians. Our venue only allows one florist, and after dealing with them, that are the only vendor we are not going to tip. Same thing when I was ordering flowers for the engagement

The various people that cater weddings are either insanely nice, or huge pieces of shit. The last wedding I went to, the wedding planner was audibly roasting the shit out of all the bridesmaids calling them fat and saying they would be lucky to have a wedding of their own one day. She also forced the groomsmen and bridesmaids to play a game during the ceremony that both the bride and groom said they didn't want to happen, where she made us dance together and hold hands while staring into each others eyes in front of the entire crowd. It was basically a match making game where the crowd would vote on their favorite couple. More than half of us had partners, shit was whacky. The groom ended up interrupting the game after about 15 minutes, but it's weird how wedding staff power trips seem to be a pretty normal occurrence.
