"Eyless" has some of the wildest and most impressive screams I've ever heard in my life. (also my favorite from Slipknot 1999). Although I would change some of the ratings like AHIG or WANYK, it's a great list.
Imagine sleeping on the song "Iowa" I know it's slow burn, but go for a drive on a nice day, roll down the windows and have a smoke, shit is a vibe. Once it kicks in its their heaviest work to date, subject matter included.
Slipknot: 10/10 - The band's masterpiece. It's their most creative work using all of the members in such unexpected ways, I love it. Fav Song: Scissors, it's the perfect example of what I just said. Underrated: Only One, really agressive, great riffs and an amazing chorus, Slipknot should bring this back live. Least Fav: Tattered & Torn, I actually like it, it's just the rest of the album is better. Iowa: 10/10 - Such a great way to turn heavy feelings into music, this album speaks that. Fav Song: Skin Ticket, absolutely brutal. Underrated/Least Fav: I Am Hated, mostly overlooked but also my least favorite lol Vol. 3: 8/10 - An absolute 00's classic, but there's some songs that I don't really like. Fav Song: The Nameless, great riffs and feeling in this. Underrated: The Virus Of Life, I really like those "creepy" songs, so I enjoy it. Least Fav: Circle, just no. AHIG: 6,5/10 - Great singles and you actually can enjoy the songs individually, but listening to the whole thing is difficult, I don't know why. Fav Song: Sulfur, works pretty well as a whole. Underrated: This Cold Black, such an overlooked banger. Least Fav: Vendetta, just not quite there. TGC: 7/10 - This album has a problem with songwriting, it's not really solid, but there's still good stuff here. Fav Song: The Negative One, absolute banger. Underrated: Skeptic, there's some great moments in this one. Least Fav: The One That Kills The Least, just a weak song. WANYK: 8,5/10 - People mostly don't like it, but I think it's pretty solid as whole. Fav Song: Solway Firth, literally the best song they've put out since AHIG. Underrated: Spiders, it's not what you expect from Slipknot but it's good. Least Fav: My Pain. The title makes sense, it's painful listening to this. TESF: 6,5/10 - The first three songs after Adderall are awesome, but then the album becomes weak. Fav Song: Yen, second best modern song after Solway Firth. Underrated: Acidic, it's different from the Slipknot sounding but it works, I like it. Least Fav: Heirloom, I don't like to be that kind of fan, but this is just Stone Sour, literally. Good ranking man I started listening to slipknot about 21 years ago so I definitely prefer the Paul gray and Joey jordison era of the band more but .5 the gray chapter was a great album imo Mine: 7. iowa title track is one of the most disturbing songs i have ever heard if you’ve ever read about what the song is about and read about the backstory and creation of the album Iowa, then you would know why it’s disturbing.
@@sanofarz Cause I like the videos he makes so I watch it anyway. I don't care for Motley Crue or Megadeth and I watched his ranking videos on those bands regardless. In Slipknot's case they aren't bad just meh for me I'm not into their style.
