The way they setup these tours is so well done. To go from a major hub like the Narita airport to such interesting cultural heritage sites may help even out the over-tourism problem areas once things return to normal. It's so nice to see that huge smile on your face, Jenn. It's clear you both had a fun time.
I seriously love this video so much!! Your excitement and passion for the Japanese culture is absolutely contagious. I have always dreamed of going to Japan which is why I started following your videos years ago. I hope to come here one day and to be able to share that passion with the people there and have them show me their culture. I truly can’t wait till the world is healthy again so I can see its beauty
The turtles at that temple were the background of my phone for a solid year. I feel so validated. I loooove walking that temple when I have a long enough time in Narita.
I really enjoyed your Chiba trip uploads! The only part of Chiba I ever visited was the Narita airport. Next time I go home to Japan (I am a Japanese expat living in Toronto, ON, Canada), I will visit the cities you visited on this journey. By the way, you as a samurai looked very sharp!!!
Omg! My boyfriend lives in Sawara and I stay with him there for around 5 months out of the year. It is a very small town, so it is difficult to live there, but I love the Little Edo area. We are big fans of Narita, we hang out there quite often. There is a park near Narita Airport where you can watch the airplanes. :) I think the two of you made amazing samurai! What a fun video, it definitely made me appreciate Chiba more. :)
Ohhhh that park sounds awesome!!! And little town life can be hard! I also lived in a tiny town in japan my first year but I didn’t understand Japanese then so it was hard.
Ok I’ve never been to Chiba, but WOW definitely on my list now!! I love this and it’s so cool being able to go back to the past almost without all the crowds or people! ❤️ your Japanese is cute to hear, too 😍😍😍
Great to see this video on a Sunday morning. So much chill travel vibes here. That sandwich looks so good right about now lol Definitely need to head to back to Japan in the future 🙌💯🥪🇯🇵
A fabulous video! You guys looked "stunning" in the samurai dress. I'm so envious.... You did something I will most likely never get a chance to do. Walk in the path of the samurai!! My destiny is just taking me other places. Thank you for doing this. Your videos always "fuel" my soul. :-)
The traditional buildings are so amazing and I love them. 😘 The temple was definitely ten times more beautiful than Sensoji down in Asakusa because of the lack of people! 😬💦 Little Edo is definitely now on my list of places I want to go now 🥰
Ooooh I'd love to dress in Samurai uniform & woeld a sword. How cool :) You looked great! Japanese Inaka is stunning too! Aaaah I miss it. Thanks for sharing!!
Great video great experience. I'd like to see more videos from you. Even if you make a everyday routine video I'd like to see cause it inspires us to be able to know how others live a everyday life in a foreign country.
Cool that you went to Sakura City. I wonder how far it is from my relatives. I should nag them to take me there if I ever go back lol. Anyhow, thanks for sharing, take care.
Did they actually let you guys carry the real katanas? That must have been a cool experience but looked kinda scary too. As always, thank you for sharing! 👍
In the end of the video we held the real blades in the home. That is what we held. As for the ones on our hilt, I’m not sure if they were real or not. I think they were 🤔 but I’m not sure
*everything filmed in this video was before social distancing*
Places visited are linked in the description box :).
the 着物👘kimono👘➕👍
looks👘great👘🌸💟🌸💟🌸
Thank goodness Japan is preserving the history & culture instead of tearing it down. Lovely video.
I love that about these places !!

I want to go back when corona is under control !
Just loved it, you both looked so awesome in those samurai outfits💗🌸
We felt so cool in them and the shop staff were soooooo kind !
I did a lot of kendo when I was younger and this really brings me back 😭❤
Oh really!? How cool!!
My hubby did kendo growing up & told me how terrible my form was when watching the footage 😂😂😂
First, that vlog picture is beautiful!! Secondly, I want to go to Chiba now. So jealous. Glad you had that experience!!

Such a well edited video, once again! Thank you for showing us a bit of japan's culture (: chiba looks amazing! Hopefully I will visit one day
I’m glad you liked it!! I rarely use voiceover but, everything was fast paced & lots of talking in the background so, I had no choice 😂
Amazing 👌😍❤️ ... Thanks Jen for taking us to another world!!!

So awesome to see this! Another great one Jenn❤️
I forgot to ask if you have a P.O. Box set up - or should I shoot you a message on Instagram?
Ohhhh I don’t have a PO Box bc it’s too expensive in japan 😭🙃 thank you tho ♥️
Ok, I didn’t want to seem creepy, but I was going to knit something for your baby... when you have one, that’s why I asked ❤️
Awesome video Jenn!!
Thank you 😭♥️
I am from Chiba Prefecture, but I didn't know that it has these beautiful places!!
Yay I’m glad to have shared something with you that you didn’t know about yet :)

I made a cooking video before but right now my daily routine is out of whack due to social distancing. Maybe in the future!
Cool that you went to Sakura City. I wonder how far it is from my relatives. I should nag them to take me there if I ever go back lol. Anyhow, thanks for sharing, take care.
Yeah!! Very rural but the people there were so kind !

LOL I did!!!! I’ve been wanting to change it forever but couldn’t. Now I can 👏🏻♥️😂
I think Sam has warrior blood lines! :)

Also can you introduce some traditional Canadian style cooking?
Caandian food = poutine! Currently in my Instagram story!! I won’t be showing any here on my channel.

"How it looked" or "what it looked like". NOT "how it looked like"
Ok 👍🏻
Have you noticed anything different to how the Japanese treat you now to before the crisis?.
Nope, not at all!
