I really appreciate how you transitioned to the drone flight, I was thinking itd be cool if some day a drone could fly as far as that mountain out there... that was an amazing video!
I watch a lot of Japan walk videos (usually 2 every day) and despite there being a never-ending supply of new ones out there, the ones I end up watching over and over are yours, Rambalac. There's some magic you do that makes them especially special. Thank you!
I like the new channel icon! At least I think it’s new. I’ve been watching since 2020. It started at first with a fascination with Japanese architecture and infrastructure. I’m so jealous public transportation is nonexistent where I live. But after a while, your videos just became super comforting and familiar to me somehow. And it’s funny because I’ve never even been to Japan. But I think it’s the feeling I get from seeing similar structures, and hearing usual city noise and stuff. Anyway I hope this year treats you well :)
Beautiful rural sunset walk (and even run downhill😅💨, and crunchy steps in the mini-snow ❄🤗!) Oh, and you were lucky as for kitties 🐾🐾 too! And finally the impressive flight to the mountains - scenic, just loved it 👍💙, thanks🍀
Sir Ram" your videos are extraordinary and your camera work is exquisite"! For whatever reason you do this for us fortunate to experience this " you shall always have a special place in my heart and mind"!👌💯😽😹😺😻🥳🤩😍🥰👍🐏♈
Man i found your channel few days ago,and i think it's already been the 4th video that i watched. From what I've seen i would say that rural areas are beautiful, and it's kinda sad thet most people tend to go to tokyo,osaka,yokohama.. don't get me wrong,i love them too but small city's, towns have that irresistible charm.. Next year I'm planning to go to Japan for the first time, the location will be Hokkaido..
It is a small rural city in Japan with a small population and it is interesting to visit it because it has a very old castle. Attractive city to explore by train or fly towards a look at the past of a dynasty with much to teach.
But i wonder how are those people living there survive..The streets are basically empty, few shops with few or no people at all...I went to wiki and it said that the city's population is 40k+ since 2020..
The sky looks unnatural, appearing unnaturally dark in some directions, at 53:43 for example. It could be the shadow of a cumulonimbus on the setting sun but it seems strange in this season. The sky filmed by the drone 57:49 is not distorted. Do you use a polarizing filter on your portable camera? In this case it should be avoided, just as exaggerated colors or contrast should be avoided. To communicate the real atmosphere, it is important to better translate what we would see with our eyes. The audio track is magnificent, you communicate well the auditory landscape which is usually rather neglected, even deleted in most documents.. I learned a lot about Japan thanks to you.
I've watched hours of your videos, Tokyo and elsewhere, and can recall having seen only one gas/petrol station somewhere in Tokyo. Where do Japanese city dwellers buy fuel for their cars? It certainly isn't at 7-Eleven, as it would be here in the United States, and it isn't Family Mart, Lawson etc. My curiosity is piqued by the apparent scarcity of something so common in my country.
These walks are like a little vacation for me.

Несколько раз ставил на паузу, чтобы оператор мог отдышаться и отдохнуть.
Спасибо за отличные видосы!

A video in karumai in this style would be amazing !!!
Love how your walks stayed so raw - I mean you didn't even bother to cut out the camera/gimbal adjustments in the beginning and I love it!!!
I love your videos, thank you for all your work. I wish I knew what the signs say, especially the ones on the dead trees. Be well!

@Rambalac
Hi Rambalac. Do you apply any program stabilization for video or just use gimbal?
Cool
walking and flying? the cameraman has superpowers 😮

By the way I looked up Juma’at when I saw your video. I saw a Lockheart Castle to the west of the town on google map. Is it a tourist attraction?
You bet. I first heard about it when I saw it featured in the 3rd season of _Yama no Susume._
Watashi wa Burajiro Jin. Arigato
Does the vending machine have voice recognition?
Yamaha or Honda?
beautiful place, must be gorgeous in the autumn and without those hideous mobile game ads or whatever

The lame figures everywhere. They could place standees of historical figures that shaped the region. For better or for worse.
