I couldn’t find one last year but the they have is perfect as I wanted a casual enough style that it works for pretty much any occasion. Hi Marnie another fab blog! Re your Steve madden gorgeous silver shoes.... A little hack for slingback / hard back shoes if they rub the back of your heels just rub some soap (preferably a hard soap bar but liquid does work just a bit more messy) and no more blisters on the back of your heels! I picked up this hack as a teenager (a while ago!) and it does really work!

I just received my Amazon recreation of the Nordstrom sweater dress. It’s amazing!!! I also am so grateful that you shared the L’Oréal Ever Pure shampoo and conditioner. I have been struggling for years to find something to make my hair feel softer and not frizzy. I have tried so many expensive brands. The L’Oréal is a game changer!!! I also returned my Adidas shoes I just got at Nordstrom’s. Thank you for making me aware of Adidas’s views.

Thanks for the inspiration Marnie! Loved how you paired the tincel pants. I kinda feel like for HH Days, YK should be a white/cream matching set (which elastic waste pants for breaking fast HA! ) of some sort with some matching canvas sneakers. Ain't nobody got time to dress up for that! LOL
I guess it depends what your synagogue is like. Orthodox and Conservative certaily dress more like that for Yom Kippur, but my growing up and most of my adult life my synagoge was more Reform, so we dressed up. My feeling is if I don't have time to dress up for walking into the house of God, there's a problem. But I know now that the more religiously observant specifically don't dress up, wear white and don't wear makeup for Yom Kippur because we're supposed to be thinking of our inner selves and not our outward appearance. As long as we're there, I think it's all ok!

I was so excited to get my Vince Camuto tall boots. How disappointed was I when I could barely get my size 8 foot into that size 8 boot? The regular calf was also quite large.
I opted against reordering. I guess I will have better luck if I try boots on in-store before purchase. I have a Belk and a DSW nearby that have good sales periodically. Hopefully I can get a pair of leather boots that I love.

They ran true to size for me and they are incredibly comfortable!!
Gussets don't take the place of underwear! I only wear leggings with gussets when working out, but I and many girls (and you should too) still wear underwear

Leggings are so yesterday for me. I feel too hot in them and cannot understand why people wear leggings in summer!!

Wow, this comment section! I could never tolerate or stand by any kind of terrorist act and I condemn what happened in the 1972 Olympics. In the same way I could never tolerate what Israeli government has been doing to Palestinian civilians, mostly children! Shame on everyone who can be okay with that kind of atrocity! Violence is violence and children are children, no matter what religion ethnicity or country they belong to/come from!

I just crawled out of the hole I was in over the weekend and saw what they’re up to. Agreed!!
They’re promoting the 1972 Munich Olympics, where the Israeli team was slaughtered by terrorists, and they used Bella Hadid to promote it. There’s no way they didn’t know what they were doing. Of all the Olympics to honor, that is just wrong.

You should ALWAYS wear cotton underwear! You never wear pants like these (dye) color on your crotch...not healthy😮
