I hope we don't lose all the hydraulic launches, they are so much more intense. Kingda Ka was at my home park, the original Dragster was my first of the strato-coatsers before Ka opened 20 years ago (gotta get back to Cedar Point!), and my first launch ever was Batman & Robin The Chiller at SFGA. But I have a strange soft spot for Storm Runner, so I was thrilled to see that at your #2. And Velocicoaster is still my #1 overall at this point (still missing a few key credits).
Matugani will probably make your list if you can get on it. Despite the modest top speed, that hydraulic launch still packs quite a punch, and it has a complete layout that follows. Maxx Force has a very lame layout after the launch, but that launch is powerful.
This is a good fun unpredictable list. Others I would consider: Powder Keg, Helix, Maxx Force, Sandys Blasting Bronco
