Few things to note I know the games in this video are actually in the reverse order of when recorded(so the oldest version of the deck is the last game) BUT the first game was so good that I figured it should go first I would have went back and touched up the commentary for the first game but didnt really have to time because i wanted to rush this one out :P Hope u all enjoy
i honestly dont know given the wordings of the 2 cards in question im assuming it wasnt a bug but i remember there was a different intereaction between going down swinging before that was considered a bug and i cant remember what caused that
The gameplay was outstanding. Pretty much showcasing everything this deck can do. Ci'Gi, Go Down Swinging and the Titan are three big empty slots in my colection that most of the time prevent me to try new DH decks despite Illidary being my favorite big minion. So it was fun watching the at full steam.
The insanity of that first game broke any expections i had for the deck i literally didnt know thats how that would have turned out i figured id test it for science and it went so well! DH is definitely an interesting class there are times i cant think of anything fun to do with it and others where i have endless ideas

ive been trying to think of something to do with AFK but everytime im like o I can use her in x deck im reminded she costs 5... The Druid Location legendary i just wish didnt something different tho I think eventually we will do a location druid deck with her for better or worse first up tho Lina Druid & Location Paladin probably
@@Nautlocke_Vt afk with anything that automatically attacks or shoots without skipping the afk buff. i am looking at deathknight right now, but its just come out as variants of handbuff deathknight (so if you already have those lists, you can probably find a funny twist for them which involves afk and may give you an advantage on ladder)
there are a lot of shaman lists, but only a few are playable. I would see these lists in shaman: elemental, evolve, tendril, overload, highlander. there are others, generic tribals, combos, control, and big, but they are less fleshed out and not played in the current meta. I would say the scariest matchup is highlander due to list capacity, but the most aggressive and mulligan dependant matchups are definitely the elemental and evolve lists, these are the ones where if you mulligan wrong youre almost certainly dead. tendril and overload are slow and their powerband happens pretty late, really only seeing player autonomy on the board and from hand around like, turn six or seven I think, due to cards like golganeth and tumbleweed to stabilize and set up for a mid game play like shudderblock or inzah maybe.(assuming they held their tools instead of gassing out early and losing the game to tempo on turn 2 or 3.)
@@Nautlocke_Vt I do agree, but I think there are a ton of egregious play patterns that could still be toned back... It is certainly an interesting meta right now though. the weird unfinished packages from the start of the rotation are starting to find homes, Ill bet weapon lists swing back around fully and get a bit more legendary support throughout the classes. guitarist, deckhand, raider, freebooter, tech, viper, roadie, corsair, buzzkill (my fave since chumps melomania shaman lists), ignis, golem, attendant. there are so many cards in neutral right now with the word "weapon" printed on them. this miniset i think will slap for shaman, look at the support they got from the DH tourist, i would be suprised if there wasnt ONE card released between the three places (DH, shaman, or neutral) that gave shaman enough for a gas weapon list. I just saw kiblers vid with fetch in hunter class, and it makes me want to go back to hunter right now and try to find something to do with fetch and ten gallon hat, using dorian or something... I dont know how that would look though, BBH is kind boring and has felt the same since last year when the legendary song was released to rez all your BBs, I am thinking more in line with big mech maybe, or big elemental again... dorian into ten gallon hat is strong but slow, you could use the locations to cheapen BC minions, stack discounts, find a BC minion that draws and tutors like tram operator, so you can play dorian and tram operator on the same turn, round turn five or six maybe.

@@Nautlocke_Vt it works fine! Mine is a kind of old shopper deck, with red card, kayn, metamorphosys, ball hogs.going down. With dorian print I've added the titan, magtheridon main and 1 copy of lesser opal spellstone for draw with dorian if i don't have weapon on (that spell works so fine with going down swinging!). Mine is more builded for "find magtheridon! I've tried a resurrect magtheridon build too, with tourists cards but SOOOO SLOWWW) Now i've added cicigi cause i tried and cut her because was too slow... so i'm trying her new version! But i casted her just once and win the game before going to the cards she gived me ( skull of manari and altruis... was so excited about and the opponent conceded :( )

to be fair i think u could probably use the questline for dh to get the combo lower and make it playable in wild idk i dont really play the game mode

thats still a lot of decks tbh for one class i think right now we have one of the most diverse metas we’ve had in A LONG time

it isnt as bad as i expected but yeah still naut the most consistent IF we removed a few of the possible options i think that would fix it
