- Well YOU asked for it -- it's time for the MAMMOTH POTATO CHALLENGE! Molly and Alan are headed to Universal Orlando to eat one thing and one thing only: SPUDS. And as it turns out -- some of the best snacks at both Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida are potato based! From Green Eggs and Ham Tots in Seuss Landing to Loaded Potato Jackets in the Wizarding World, we're sharing some of the best snacks at Universal! I’m in the green jacket at 30:48! I had no idea y’all were behind us initially but spotted you later on in the mobile order line ahead of us (which inspired us to do mobile order, so thank you for being our theme park role models and saving us loads of time 😂), but I was too nervous to say hello. I was going to tell you how much I appreciated all of your Genie+ videos, because they were amazing and so helpful for our trip!

I have to admit, when I first saw the thumbnail, I thought it would be a boring video - just eating potatoes all day. But I watched anyway because it's, HELLO! Molly and Alan. And I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't boring at all! And kudos to Alan for behaving on the One Fish, Two Fish ride and not making it so Molly got wet. You know Max wouldn't have behaved as well (and Alan would have laughed)!

We were at Universal two summers ago. I am so bummed to miss the green eggs and ham. Now I’m trying to figure out how to budget another trip to universal. I love when Alan appears in the videos. They have so much fun together.
