I am confused do seller partners have to send Eurofins their product sample for evaluation plus documents for verification or either one. Means can we just provide and third-party lab test that is ISO 17025 certified, along with GMP and FDA certificate if the manufacturer is from outside of the US. Also, can we get tests done from Any Eurofins Lab from any country as well?
Test requests are generated from seller central after that third-party testing lab will guide you where to send those samples for testing. My Question is when enrofin will contact you to send the samples along with COA and cGMP certification for verification, does these certification has to be from ISO 17025 accredited Lab or if the manufacturer doesn't have this accredited lab they can still send certification to enrofins for evaluation because technically these test does not need to be ISO 17025 because nevertheless enrofin is going to test these claims according to these standards and send results to amazon. Please answer if anybody knows.
