I've always been a fan of Maono. My first mic was one of their mid-range USB mics about six years ago. Hope they upgrade their software from what it is, but I gotta say it's better than "the olden days" when all you could do was modify filters through OBS. Heh, heh.

Hi, thanks for the video. A question: in your opinion, what's the best budget podcast microphone that performa best cancelling background noise? Where I live a lot of cars pass by and make a lot of noise!

hi there, i love the review. I was wondering if you could help me with this specific question.
. I am not a tech person so, what is the difference between buying this mic coming with maono software between using anything with obs setting because obs setting also have equalizers, limiters, etc. like maono software too. Is it like if I use maono mic, then I will do less adjusting on my audio? Thanks !

Do u think this need a pop filter or windscreen

It does just fine without a pop filter as long as you keep it around 6-8 inches away from your mouth. I think it has an internal pop filter, but I couldn't take it apart to confirm.
