- The Supreme Court decided 5-4 today that the drugs used by Oklahoma to execute prisoners were not unconstitutional cruel & unusual punishment because the inmates didn't prove these drugs caused more pain that other available alternatives for execution. The decision affirms the Tenth Circuit ruling from here in Colorado. #whycourtsmatter
