Hit 200k today. I'm really grateful for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started with 14k in June 2024

Congratulations on hitting the 200k milestone! That's an incredible growth from 14k in just a few months - what strategies or investments did you implement to achieve this remarkable success?

You're correct!! I make a lot of money without relying on the government. Investing in stocks, BTC, and XRP and digital currencies is beneficial at this moment.

Hello, how did you achieve such biweekly returns? I'm a newbie and I've lost a lot of money investing on my own. Please how do I go about it, the year is almost coming to an end, how can I make profit?

As a beginner, it is essential that you have a mentor to help you stay accountable. In my case, Elizabeth Marie Hawley has guided me for months and I highly recommend her. I focus on her. To be honest, I'm almost hesitant to let someone take charge of growing my finances, but I'm so glad I did.

Just be open-minded, and trust the process. Elizabeth Marie Hawley will guide you every step of the way. And don't forget to share your testimony with others when you see the results!

🙋‍♀️ I started working out a year ago. 2-3 times a week. My friend got me starting small. I couldn’t deadlift 100lbs now I’m at 155lbs and squatting 135lbs. I’m 5’1… I also used to be 180lbs now around 125-130lbs. NY resolution is to do a pull up. Focusing on adding more fiber to my diet bc I’m eating mostly protein.

Im almost 36 and have been strength training since I was 12 (mom used to be Operations Manager at a 24 hour fitness here in N Idaho). But in the last 15 years I've been committed to doing so regularly. Why? Because I want a lot of children and I need to be able to be strong enough to keep up with them. Currently, I have 4 sons and am pregnant with my 5th baby, and nothing kicks my butt into gear like getting pregnant again to ensure a smooth labor, delivery, and recovery! 💪

For me, when I went back to our local gym after COVID, I started with just giving myself a half hour to do weights twice a week. What a difference it made for me! Eventually I realized just how much I enjoyed strength training and how good it is for my body. It is something I want to continue for the rest of my life.

Small changes are easier to make permanent. It's easier to make them part of your everyday life and then when they become automatic, then add more. Green tea instead of no caffeine. Lifting 1 or 2x a week instead of 5. Washing my car myself instead of bringing it to the carwash (for NEAT).

I’m grateful for following you guys. Granted, I receive results doing the opposite. You guys promote bulking first and then cutting. However, I cut first and now currently in the process of bulking. But again, all of your information is still spot on with what y’all preach about.
I just started my channel and will share my journey of my first time bulk and plan to have great results this year

Is very important to understand that most people(myself included sometimes, specially in the past), think they have the mental discipline or strength to stick to everything and change every habit whenever they want to. Im not saying they cant, but I can assure them they wont. Life gets on the way sometimes, and it takes just one day of feeling tired or a weekend of a get together with friends or family and drinking a beer or two, or a can of pepsi to revert back to those habits. Pushing through change like that all at once will make you feel miserable, and no matter how hard you tell yourself that you can go through it even tho you hate it, is a very unsustainable thing. Start slow, and keep adding with time. Thats the only formula that works, and its called adaptation, and trust me, you will fall in love with the process and the results will be a byproduct. Blessings

You arrive at the gym and notice you forgot your sports clothes. Do you go back home, pick it up and go to the gym again (if time allows it) or do you just go home?

It's whole grain, has fiber, healthy calories and goes well with a lot of other things. Oast are great.
Unless you have some kind of health issue or allergy of course.

Slow approach...I have been adding calories to my diet for a while now in the hopes that my weight would go up eventually.
After many weeks of increases, I have FINALLY gained like 0.5kg, if that, but it DID go up. Maybe it's because of the Creatine I added a few days ago, but Ill take it.
Now it's waiting for next week and see if it was a one off or continues.
As mentioned in the video, I am one of those who pushes really hard every time. BUT I tried other routines with very little results AND I do a PPL split, so the bodyparts have literally a week to heal.

Not necessarily related to the episode, but does anyone have any tips on modified candlestick ab workout? I come down slow on the descend, but I don’t start to feel it until rep 12 or so. Am I hanging on too hard to the bench with my hands? PS-I don’t think my abs are strong enough for it to feel that easy, lol

I believe stay at home moms have the hardest time and it shows on the statistics. When summer holiday hits which is 3, 4 months in the fitness journey after the holidays, all schedule goes out the window.. Thats why it it very important for moms to have a flexible mindset to let them workout both from gym and from home and be able to successfully swith between them.

For the people watching. Dont let these guys discourage you from doing cardio. They are very bias on cardio. Doing 20-30 minutes cardio sessions for the rest of your life is fine, and won’t hurt you. There content used to be good, but lately it’s all recycled.

Quit dieting, hired a personal trainer, go to the gym twice a week for an hour session for the past year and a half. Gained 40 lbs of FAT. I am incredibly frustrated. Going back to keto/ketovore diet. I would like to know if there is a way to find Mind Pump trainers in my area? I like my trainer she is super sweet but I don't think very effective.

Did she write a nutrition plan for you? It sounds like the problem lies in what you were eating. You don't gain 40 lb of fat from lifting weights. How was your protein intake? Were you eating 1 G per pound of body weight, or were you using the workouts as an excuse to eat processed food or carbohydrates?

@@irisk934 She didn't and when I asked her about she wanted me to go to a nutritionist. The weight gain is certainly due to the going back to a SAD diet and getting off keto ( which was working ). I only found MP 4 or 5 months ago and was eating 1g/lb protein including whey protein in my coffee. I just don't feel any stronger or much progress. I am going to email Kyle and see if he can help. Thanks!!

    • @jennekleinlein
      @jennekleinlein 18 часов назад +3

@Angel283 Asking kindly here: were you eating in a healthy non-dieting way, or just eating anything you wanted? I’m only asking, because it is difficult to understand the difference if it’s something new a person is doing. My unsolicited advice: don’t do keto/ketavore. Learn instead how to eat balanced, and within your macros. I’ve lost 130lbs and kept it off for two years, by not cutting anything out. Now I’m just slowly losing the last 10lbs through exercise and maintaining my calories (1800-2000 cal., 5’3” female). It’s a long journey, but YOU CAN DO IT!!! 👊
