I must add a 100% agreement with your claim. Milt and Ray were 2 of my musical idols. RIP for both of them. They are sorely missed. We are so fortunate to be able to see and hear them .
At about 22:43 Milt loses his right mallet (which the piano player in this instance picks up and hands back to him) during a rapid sequence, and as I also saw at a concert, and also on another video here on RUclips. As usual his playing continues gracefully as ever, and as if nothing happened (and that probably most people in the audience never would have even noticed).
from: wn.com/vibes_summit_umbria_jazz_1995 Set list: 1) Bluesology 2) In a sentimental mood 3) Whisper not 4) A night in Tunisia 5) Bags' groove 6) Room 608 7) unknown 8) Monk's dream 9) unknown 10) Kato's revenge --> I add that the song between 51' and 57' is "Opus Half"
Milt Jackson - Ray Brown Quartet - two real masters of swing with two young hopefuls. Gary Burton - Makoto Ozone - good chops, but too busy and stiff to be really swinging.
Ray Brown doesn't concord with you, look at his kudo to Gary Burton at the end of his first solo on Night in Tunisia, it says all, and Ray Brown is a guy who knows about swing...
_ I couldn’t agree with you more on this. _ I couldn’t DISagree with you more on this. You could have said the same about the great Oscar Peterson, then. You know, Ozone had a full endorsement from O.P. Ray Brown would have been surprised and disgusted by this part of your comment.
Estupendo concierto del talentoso Mr. Burlón. Greenes from CdMx, México City.
Concerto a me purtroppo finora sconosciuto! Che grinta, che passione! Assolutamente fantastici.
This was a great beebop swing. RIP Milt Jackson and Ray Brown. There will never be another one like you both 🙏👍🙏

What a fantastic concert, Milt and Ray brown, what a team!!!
Très agréable bravo à tous les artistes

Tune 9 is “Why’d You Do It” by John Scofield which is followed by “Opus Half” by Benny Goodman. Kato’s Revenge should technically be 11 I believe.
