ImmunoSearch : Next-generation quantitative in vitro topical toxicology assays

ImmunoSearch develops alternatives to the traditional animal model in toxicology testing. The company is located in Grasse, the perfume development capital of France and collaborates with many of the local perfume developers. It runs more than 300 tests per year on cosmetic and perfume ingredients for 15-20 different companies.
ImmunoSearch has developed innovative quantitative tox assays for skin sensitization, skin irritation and eye irritation and it is currently the only one on the market offering quantitative 3D model skin models. The SENS-IS assay is now being developed further to analyze finished products and for medical devices and Immunosearch also collaborates with academics to find signatures for carcinogenic compounds in the lung.
