I know that why i became fat i'm naturally not fat when i was a kid. it's because i fucked up my sleep schedule. i try to change my sleep before 11 pm it's hard but i try. i eat everything without exercising and also i really need to have healthy mindset and heal my trauma. thank you so much liz ❤

Has changing your sleep habits caused weight loss for you??? My Psychologist says that if I get more sleep, it will jumpstart my weight loss!!! I really have issues getting to bed before midnight 😒
U will find it in red filled pop ups..sone 5 - 10 times each side n there is 8-12 each side as well..however , request to see yourself it first as it moves quickly

I've had edema in my legs for years and as long as I'm consistent with her practices, the fluid seems to magically disappear. Not always, immediately, but more and more quickly the more you keep up with it.
I found the easiest way to do it is to hum. Everything's vibration after all you don't need your hands you can use your voice. Breathe in through your nose. Expanding your stomach not your chest. Breathe out your mouth humming. Then just listen to your body.
Can patient do this after masectomy ? She hss swollen (wster) on her breast snd innner arm. Also , will this massage mske the cancer cell.spread faster?
