They had orange wrap and a black plastic top if I remember right. They were loud as shit though, with a bushy orange tail. Cool video. I love this stuff.
The Opening Flower and Happy Bird is just a D.O.T. fountain with color and whistle. It was popular back then. It used to malfunction a lot. The whole thing would catch on fire and fall over on its side while flaming and whistling
