Bro I'm using a Kia seltos SX edition I bought this carlink 5.0 in April now suddenly in may 20 it's suddenly become pink the light and there no blue or green light anymore does that mean my Kia seltos SX edition usb is not working or the carlink 5.0 isn't working

@@ProIsHereBro Make sure your android auto is not connecting to your android phone. It can only connect 1 device at a given time. My one connects to apple and android without an issue
