🌇50+% of investors might be realtors themselves. Almost all agents I met own condos 4 rentals. Enforcing multi-offers & fueling buyer competitions by all means like madnesses weren't options 2 them There appear the obvious conflicts of business interests between realtors and rentals/(re)sale bizs. We may need legislation 2 ban realtors from rental bizs ASAP.
