Due to a health scare in 2017, we decided to start enjoying life more outside our business. We bought a Lodge on the east coast of England and started vlogging our daily adventures
Join us as we explore the UK, Florida, Disney and further afield aswell as spending time at the Lodge on our own, with family and with our friends

York Christmas Market looked lovely, I can't say the same for the Christmas Market here in Lincoln, it resembled a cattle market ! 🤣 So relaxing watching you do the ironing Leigh, wishing you both a lovely Christmas 🎄 🎅 x

I absolutely love my fresh tree , I get one every year and don’t lose that many pines to be fair ! The smell in my living room is amazing ! I had to get a kids meal a week ago as I thought the elves looked cute !

I love your York visit. My husband and I visited there about 10 years ago on a wonderful 2-week trip to the UK. I want to go back so badly.
We love York its such a lovely place
The dog in your tea shop reminds me of Germany. I lived there for a year, and the local restaurants allowed dogs inside with owners, so they were under the table beneath you because we all shared the same tables. No single tables, as we have in the US or UK But fun to see.
Lots of places around the lodge let dogs in now.
Every day I row with Alexa as she will never turn my lights on but you ask yours in this vlog and mine responds and the lights come on !!!! Leigh well done, can you move in 😂😂😂

You were talking about the cold there on whatever day it was you recorded it; we’ve had a winter storm come through in the US and here at 3 o’clock in the afternoon it was 7°F, which is almost -14°C, and it feels like -10°F, which is about -23°C. And I’m not in the coldest part of the country by a long shot! Still, it is nice to see the festive look of the Lodge, not to mention the Christmas pastries.

In this video, I saw pork joint, chicken joint, etc. What is a joint? I've never heard of this. I think of something between two bones. Most of the US is having very low temperatures. In Tennessee, yesterday was 8 degrees Fahrenheit and today's a little warmer. It's very unusual.

Please will you stop using metal utensils in non stick pans! That’s how you scratch the surface (which will then rust over time). Goes right through me every time you do it 😖
