I ordered the wig but didn’t realize this was a 20inch. I ordered a 14inch and I’m 4”11. Do you think I need to reach out to them to get a 16inch. Thanks soo much for this tutorial it really helped me
My specs are always in video and/or description. So you know exactly what I have. Do not alter/wash your wig. You can contact them for replacement if they have it available. They will usually ask you to return and then pay difference before they send out a second unit.

They way they do the band is useless. The back of the wig still flaps up. I buy elastic band from the fabric store and sew it to the back of the wig. Much more secure. I do like the wigs with the draw strings.
I've purchased sunber wigs 2 or 3 times and their bandages seem to keep getting upgraded, the latest I received was a wide band with silicone bandage and 1 little adjustable cap circumference bandage

I usually stir clear of them because they are not thick enough, but this one worked out with the trim

I had no clue about this dawn on human hair?! I use regular shampoo on the curly human hair, so it's best to use dawn?
I wouldn't say it is "best" cuz Idk that for sure. But it does work really well to cleanse hair. Just be sure to condition after
