I did Part Exchange with Hong Gi from FTISLAND today:) A lot of people left comments, and I was in a musical with Hong Gi, so I brought it up right away LOL
He said ok right away and we had a lot of fun filming it, haha
He sang MAMAMOO's songs really well that I kept getting surprised while filming;;
When the song "Love Sick" first came out, I really liked it and it was an honor to sing with him like this :))) Hehe
I'll look forward to his future albums and be waiting!!

When Hongki was singing Mamamoo's song, he put different flavor to it. He's really a great singer. 2nd gen always hits different. And Yong as always, the greatest singer of all times 😌

Hongki sounds like he's using a megaphone to sing. Solar's voice is already powerful but Hongki's sounded amplified twice. 🤣 He got them pipes, seriously.
He once said he has difficulty singing with others bcs of his tone 🤣 He had to tone down his power in order to blend with others.

Hong ki voice kills me. The control his voice has over me is crazy. Mamamoo songs are so good wow never knew. I knew that they had a good voice but their songs are also good. Crazy how Hong ki always said it’s hard to find singers he could sing with without over powering them because his vocal tone can go really high but he found solar. I love this.
I would love Hongki to do a duet sometime with Chen - he's one of the few singers that can match Hongki and their voices would be amazing.
His voice has that control over me too. Such power. It sweeps me up and away.

The control in her vocals is just incredible. Her voice is crystal clear, the way she literally flaots through diff range notes is commendable. Her high notes are as soothing as her lower ones. You wont feel like shes screaming or overpowering no matter the note. This kind of effortless singing is my fav.

4:25 solar accessed a part of her lower register that we barely ever hear, if we've ever heard before and honestly its enchanting and drove me absolutely WILD. similarly, lee honggi's interpretation of decalcomanie is IMPRESSIVE (that's a belty song!!) and the falsetto at 6:28 gave me chills

I actually thought Hongki sang wrong lyrics for a while but I suddenly remembered that he always sings songs in clear diction/pronunciation of words, that's why it's sounds different. 😂 As a Moomoo and Primadonna, I so so love this interaction 😭😭❤️
