Thanks for doing this David. I have not one issue with anything you said about the video or the band. This is the first release off of their 3rd album, but the first with this line up the female guitarist, drummer, and bass player all joined the band in 2020 when the original members left during covid shutdown. They have a new album due out soon and have a new video out for the first single off of the new album.
Shout out to Italy for this band (which is why she basically sings with her hands as well) - They have been around for a few years and this a basically new lineup - the female guitar (Fabiola) is a new member, but the historic lead is Federico (they switch off), and the vocalist (Giada) is a dentist. Since you indicated a while back that you got into prog, I checked to see if you had done any reactions to the German band Vanden Plas (answer...no). They are to me the torch bearers for the fading light of Dream Theater, and have had the same lineup since their inception (10 studio albums). I love this band, this album is quite different from the past ones, because they have a new line up, but man they are amazing, BTW the lead guitarist is Federico.
I think it might be best to say that they're both very good guitarist. He does some things that are more old school standards and she does the new school stuff... for all I know this is her first band I'm right out of guitars School.. I think for sure it's the drummer's first because he's like 17 year old when this was recorded almost 18. I think Sheena there you lead guitarist was either 23 or 4 when this was recorded she's going to be twenty-six in March of this year. Cute.
I hate about this band is they changed out everyone except for the lead singer and lead male guitarist. The old members ,what I loved is they had a female left handed guitarist which is rare to see. She was also an amazing guitarist.
Nice reaction to the Italian Power Metal band with the singing dentist (not sure if she still practices but she was a practicing dentist as her day job when the band started out). This is one of their newer songs after they had a somewhat controversial roster shake up a couple years ago where the singer and male guitarist replaced the rest of the band with the current lineup. Which don't get me wrong is very talented and I agree it was a great song, but if I'm honest I did prefer the original lineup and haven't listened to much of their newer stuff after the shake-up. But still great reaction to a great song!
It's quite conflicting... I heard that they left, because there was no touring and instead of being part of a band without any activity they wanted to do their own thing. At least what i've read from Giada and Thalia. It takes a while for the band to get locked into the rest of the band. Especially if they haven't played together. The only one of the new members i've heard of was Sheena. She is just as Thalia a guitar prodigy, and seems to fit very well.
Have you even seen them live for real? I mean not a video on RUclips which are made with smartphone and very bad audio quality, have you never been to one of their concert? I was, they were amazing!

They have a new album coming out on February 10th so that is a serious Step Above what you've seen from them so far
