Never out ride your field of vision e.g. if approaching a blind corner make sure you are at a speed you can stop at any time. Bike riding 101 , although i appreciate this was a show with the camera person spotting for you , it is so easy to forget that simple rule . Ignoring it , it does eventually happen that someone steps out at the exact wrong moment , if you are in the right or wrong it still hurts and damages everything.

This is what i want to do. I had a road bike but most of the route i take is mainly gravel and off road. Was not that fun to be honest. And wasn’t electric
Was thinking about an e mountain bike commute from Frome to Bath and i stumbled on this! Im on innox hill im Frome which is yards away from where this was filmed. Sold!
Fun video to watch. as I'm now retired at the age of 58, my commute consists of an occasional ride to the store in my cargo electric bike which is rapidly turning into any excuse to go for a ride. My electric bike has turned into my first choice of transportation on most days. I think my car and motorcycle are getting jealous
really enjoyed this video although if I tried anything like this near me on the way to work id either be arrested or end up sat in a wheelchair with a broken bike at best, I can wheelie though so that's something I suppose at my old age, you really do have some amazing skills although you almost gave that old fella a heart attack, he must have known something was coming with your cameraman sat at the bottom of the stairs? more of this please, really fun channel guys keep up the hard work!!
Love the video, seen it several times since it was uploaded some time ago. I use my Levo for commuting, it's the best! This video needs more views too, would love more commuting videos and tips, like gear, and so.
I quite often turn my 5 mile commute by van, into a 15 mile off road commute on the bike. Also when possible, I will leave the van on site on a Monday morning, then ride home and back to site again for the rest of the week.
Lovely video! Truly amazing! What bike is that? I am searching for an affordable full suspension ebike in the range of 2k - 3k that will not break with such tricks. Any idea please???? ( I am not able to do these tricks, but i can do some long (high) jumps, and i don't want to worry for the bike to break.) any suggestions i would appreciate. THNX
I work in an industrial park so there's not much in the way of fun terrain but I do ride hard and make tight turns at high speeds sometimes almost too tight because my mountain bike (29x2.25") rear tire slides a bit.
Awesome video, I wish my commute was so interesting but unfortunately it’s all duel carriageway. But that’s what makes the weekend so special, looking forward to Llandegla or Coed Y Brenin 👍🏻
And I thought that my commute was interesting :) I just ride through the woods and by the Danube. I need to be more adventurous. I actually pass by a bike park every day, but never occurred to me to try some jumps.
Cool terrain to navigate, my 18k is mostly on shared-use paths, thankfully, as I’m either not awake enough to do stairs, or too tired to bounce off banked walls. Sweet vid, though 😊
i have noticed in my daily commute to work and to home that my battery life sucks when i have to stop for lights and corners and stops and cars (going to work @ 13kms)...it takes me longer too, BUT when i go home i use my local trail , which is almost 15kms away and uses almost 5% less battery...so when i am riding almost non stop i get optimum battery life, coincidence?! by the way i have to use the road bike to work because light conditions do not let me see the "black ice" in trails and renovations in the earlier mornings, can't wait for sprint daytime to start earlier already (Canada), cheers . I am saving almost 40 minutes of my life each way compared to transit

Roll on British summertime so’s I can saddle up again. Saves me £30 a week and only takes 7 minutes longer( with a little help from our German friends)😁
i'm pretty sure he definitely went out of his way to get the best skate parks in route, surely to the end of the road and turn right would have been quicker.
Chris, your point about observing red traffic lights is well made. Mind you, section 129 (miscellaneous summary offences) of The Roads (Scotland)Act 1984 sets out, amongst other things, that it is an offence to ride a bike on a footpath. It could be taken that riding down a public road whilst pulling a wheelie is riding recklessly. I am sure legislation in other countries, including England, makes similar provisions but I am also sure you wouldn't condone committing traffic offences so perhaps English legislation permits that style or riding.
The offence of riding on a footpath only covers footpaths that run alongside roads, unless there is specific sineage or local laws riding on a footpath is permitted in many places including through alley ways, parks etc including probably some of the scenes in this video, this has been tested in court many times and is explained in this article here. www.theguardian.com/environment/bike-blog/2011/jul/28/cycling-pavement-offence
