2:09 this goal here, it’s saved my club from relegation that day, losing 2-0 at one point in the game, we scored in the last minute of the last game to make it 2-2 and survive in the league :)
I’m a Bolton fan I remember that goal so well best limbs Iv seen at the Reebok hopefully see some away limbs tomorrow night when we play you at your place 😉
What has to be realised as well is that the first 4 clips at least (that’s as far as I’ve gotten so far) are the away teams supporters celebrating. Away supporters tend to travel in their thousands in football, especially in most of Europe (especially England).
Take a couple of minutes and load up Pepe Reina and the beach ball goal against Sunderland . Also check out Sunderlands equaliser against Leeds last Friday night with only 10 seconds to go .It was a goalkeeping error at the same end where the beach ball goal was scored but this time there was no beach ball .
Football spectators in Britain were "mixed" at one time but starting in the late 1960's the violence got so bad that eventually it was decided by the authorities to segregate the fans, this dramatically improved the atmosphere at the games to the point where families returned to stadiums. There are numerous videos on youtube showing terrible violence at American football matches caused by opposition fans not being segregated, and it is inevitable that one day something will happen which will force your authorities to seperate the combatants.
Scotland-Netherlands at Hampden back in November 2003. A 1-0 win for Scotland in the Euro 2004 play-off (lost 6-0 in the return!). But when McFadden scored that goal, it was mayhem. I ended up about a dozen rows down the stand in the chaos that ensued. Dens Park, Dundee, in May 1983 when United won the league. That was also crazy. But some many games... look to the old days of terracing rather than stands for sheer craziness.
Limbs also means when an important goal is scored that you go flying from your seat, end up yards away possibly on the floor and could easily break your bones lol
If you guys want to see limbs, United v Arsenal Semi final of the FA cup, United Vs Bayern Munich 1999 Champions League Final to Win the first Continental treble, Liverpool Vs AC Milan 2005 Champion League Final to win their 5th Champions league trophy and Man City Vs QPR 2012 to score in the last minute of the game to win the premier league title from United. Top English games 👌 more can be added for sure like Drogba's 87th min header against Munich in the Champions League
American's don't have actually have any sports. They are past times, which people go along to for a nice afternoon out. The reason for segregation and wilder celebrations is because other areas of the world, especially Europe and S.America, treat sport as a part of themselves. Its people representing you against others you dislike. Also why is often spills over into violence between supporters.
We went to watch some ice hockey in MSG a couple of weeks ago. Had to leave after 20 minutes, the atmosphere was pathetically contrived, controlled and nauseating
Spencer, you’re a honorary Brit now- you can stop calling it Soccer! Have a look at Sheffield Wednesday versus Peterborough “The Greatest Comeback Ever” the limbs there were amazing x
Great Stuff Guys but as someone who has been going for over 60 years and is in his 8th decade, you are mistaken about one thing. SEGREGATION IS 100%. Just look at the last clip and you spotted the massive clue i.e. The 2 lines of Security Stewards. Did you notice how the middle section went crazy and on either side of them that no one reacted at all? That was because Liverpool fans were in the designated Away section between the Home(Manchester City) fans on either side. Most teams sell out their Away allocation but, usually, only get 10% of the ground because the stadiums are completely full for every game with Home season ticket holders,For CUP games though Away teams an take 9,000 fans, sometimes. Good Luck:)
You should probably watch and react to the worst keeper howlers ever. Pepe Reina’s doesn’t even come close, England national team has plenty by themselves lol
I've been watching football for 40+ years and I never heard of LIMB (other than body parts). I'm trying to figure it out assuming it's an acronym and the best I have is Last Minute Belters but these aren't last minute or belters and the "I" is left out completely
Typical British to call vids like these 'The best (of) football....' or footballs greatest....' and then only show moments from British football. Like the Americans calling it the World Series but only Murican teams are allowed to participate.
Limbs means when a goal is scored and everyone goes mental more than a normal celebration (limbs flailing, exuberant ,wild) 😍⚽
Here a football team is like your family. It's a huge passion here. We have one team and stick with it through everything. It's passion. It's emotion.

Not just relegation but possible extinction considering the mess we were in financially and with the EFL.
KRO 👍

Maidstone scoring against Ipswich - some poor guy fell out the stand, lol.

It's called Limbs cos you can literally only see limbs going mental

This is very Liverpool-centric.
The OP is obviously a scouser.
I recommended this lol
Have a look at Leeds united limbs and I predict a riot at elland road. Wild.

Is Spencer losing weight? His body looks thinner but his head is the same size. It looks a bit odd but good for you Spencer keep it up
No you are just not as passionate!

Limbs is the phrase used to describe when a crowd goes crazy after a goal and all you see is arms (and legs sometimes) flying about.
@@bfb187 That's every goal even if you're 20 - 0 down
Check out what ultras do at football matches
Why aren't you watching still game 😢
