And instead of Huong slapping his hand or some kind of discipline, she does nothing, the same thing she’s always done. No discipline, no teachings. What a sad world for these babies.

As for the little girl you speak of that is missing a foot and hand, her name is Lua. When her mother was pregnant with her she had gangrene in the womb which caused the birth defects.
