Kymar is amazing, but like in swgoh, gear is 70% of his viability, kymar wants speed and accuarcy, and your kymar need way more speed and accuarcy,
you want speed boots and speed substats on most or all your gear for kymar, if youre looking for sets perception is amazing for him because it brings speed and accuarcy
You may want over 180 speed and get accuarcy to 200 for generell dungeons
You might need to get to dragen 13 and farm there a week so you have gear other than 3 star and 4 stars, you really want to try to get away from 4 stars within a week and use no 4 stars within a month, but i know People play with different pace so its fine
