You are correct about the new community coming and thank you for bringing it to my attention! It will be a community of 230 detached homes - called Prado. Models don’t open until January or February but they might be able to pre-sell in December. Have you signed up for my newsletter yet? Just confused why there is a difference between HOA fees? Detached model (Valiant) 145, attached (Sultana) 280. Why does the more expensive model have a less expensive HOA? Aren’t the amenities the same? HOA fees SULTANA: $280 month VALIANT: $145 month
Hi! Attached units are normally higher because the HOA covers the exterior of the units (roofs, maintenance, etc) One positive about attached units is the Homeowners Insurance is usually quite a bit less than detached homes because you are only insuring the walls in.
