Why does Fei Long's hits fill stun meter so little? Like Fei lands a 7 hit combo (containing 2 special moves 06:22 ) and no stun, yet Ryu lands a 3 hit combo (contains 1 special move 05:41) and gets a stun. Is this a nerf to Fei Long?

It depends on the technique iirc. Like double cr.HP can cause a dizzy.
