Not surprised that the 'low-end' stuff moved so much, that's more or less what I've always heard from bigger dealers as what allows them to turn a profit.

Damn I hoped for the best and expected the worst. I have absolutely zero experience with small time cons like that, I wouldn't have been surprised if you said you made $8 in sales. So to hear you did so well is rad to hear. Good shit.

12:38 in the video, ive been struggling to find one of those Glas Display Case things you have your slabs in, is there a specific keyword for those online?
Cool video, Ive booked 9 conventions during 2023 to start my vendor career as an old collector. Been collecting for the past 11 years myself and cant wait to get out there doing business!

The case I used is titled this on Amazon "Sports Card Display Case | Baseball and Trading Card Display Case for Collectibles | Graded Card Case | 92% Clear View | Antifade UV Protection | Gold Locks | Fits 36 Pokemon Basketball Cards | Black". Looks like its 118. It was quite a bit less when I bought it but it worked well for the event. Thanks for watching and good luck vending!

On Amazon, there is a Sports Card Display Case by Flybold. Thats the one I purchased for the event and still use today. Works pretty well.

I dont understand, if you buy like $50 worth of packs, you get like 5 Vs if you are lucky. How is this guy hyped about selling them for a dollar? Plus you pay convention. So you lost $45? I'm wildly confused.

I don't try to profit opening packs. It's probably the worst way to make money in this hobby. I open packs for fun and make money buying singles and grading them. What I sold at the event was all extra from those openings. So getting some money back on what typically just sits around and having fun doing it was a good time.

hey man! loved this video and subbed. I had a question! I was potentially gonna try vending at card shows as well but im not sure how much money I should put into it to get some singles and stuff. How much money did you put into getting all of your singles and graded cards and stuff? Any chance I could get your instagram or anything to DM you a few questions on how to run a successful booth? Thanks man!
