I have to speak out loud to drown out the inner voice. If I try to speak to the inner critic inside my head It doesn’t work for me. Has to be out loud so the inner critic can’t reply back. Haha If that makes sense at all.
Chapeau … super impressive on the first climb especially. I had panned a route from Hay on Wye to take in Gospel Pass, Tumble, Rhiwr road plus a couple of other climbs, I have now removed Rhiwr Road and also the modified my decent from the Tumble which I had mapped to come down The Tyla….. no chance I am doing that downhill on 28 tyres…. thanks for great video and advice
