It would be great if it will make a hearing aid, I think 3 Volts is enough. Or a 1.5 to 5 Volt converter chip.

That will sound great once the speakers are in a box.
I saw a wooden bamboo box that was made for storing tea or coffee and thought that would make a nice speaker box, but I have not tried it yet!

Unfortunately, since the amplifiers are class D, they can't have a common output (ground) so stereo earphones can't be used.
