So much potential wasted ….. 1. why was Burk killed offscreen , they could’ve showed a badass scene 2. Why the kinda sorta Superhero approach, it felt very cheesy 3. Ending was, well, Shit ! In no way they explained how Valak survived, and a concrete connection to conjuring universe.

@@angelnegrete4163 The events of NUN occurred in 1952. After 3 years gap The events of Anabelle creation are occured in 1955. The time period of NUN -2 was 1956. So Nun 2 was the 3rd movie in conjuring universe based on the time line of the story
Decent film, but Valak is basically a Saturday morning cartoon villain now. During the last fight scene, I was hoping that someone would just give it a nice bitch slap. Compare to Valak in Conjuring 2 or the Easter Egg in Annabelle Creation... just creepy and insidious. Eldritch even. But this film, Valak is after some eyes to gain more power. Once we know somethings motive, it is easy to kill.
Yeah i realized that if you watch the other movies Frenchie is the one in the video and the warrens are performing to cast the demon out of frenchie. So we know already that something else is coming soon. If you know the movies then its simple to see the eggs they have sitting in the movie. I enjoyed this movie legit. I didnt think i was but shocked me how good it was...thank fo telling me abou the post credit because i got up and left the theater because i didnt want ti be behind a pack theater of people...
@BlGO559 that is an opinion. I respect your opinion. Most people thought the house of a 1000 corpses was bad when it came out, but it is now a cult classic and tales from the Hood. Once again, another movie where people said it was bad but now it is in people's top 10 movie list. This movie is a setup for something bigger. It's a setup to something else. The first Nun was horrible and that's across the board. They didnt know where to go with it. I deal in horror photography, so I have a lot shoots and deal with folks who said that. They love the Nun 2 though. They feel like it's gonna go back to the Warren family next. Remember this movie he is still possessed at the end of the movie. There is more story to tell. I love it.
@@holyfaith7 nah man the plot is bad with lots of holes in it, the macguffin of the movie with eyes just thrown in, power levels of characters are inconsistent, jump scared were bad and cliche, bad acting, the setup at the end credits to setup the conjuring is a cash grab and is milking the the warrens name and the list keeps going on. At this point you are trolling if you believe you liked part 2 over part 1 and both were bad.
