she's abit lackluster in my POV. They couldved made her secret art more extravagant like her other paths. i just wish they made her more unique. her skills seems like recycled from raven's and aisha's 4th path
She seemed rushed. Her skills are pretty but looks recycled, her support seems held back by her MP management (the fact she isnt a DPS too is makes her MP management seems BONKERS TO ME), her combos seem clunky and they do not seem to flow well. I'm wonder why doesn't have another special system. Like Bluhen with Eid's, Celestia's Cards, and Laby's Reset. Also that one skills that converts all your MP in Orbs SEEMS TERRIBLE. Shakti barely uses her orbs, Devi recovers them like SO FAST, Apsara can just use tiger and get all of it back in an instant. All i wanted her to actually summon stuff like Nisha
I dont think they're recycled, i just think the developers spammed a lot of pretty effects within random hitbox widths and thought "hey, those are really collorful skills! I bet our 8yo players gonna love it!", and then proceed to finish her development
Even tho I'm not playing Elsword I was pretty excited, especially when I saw the talisman in her promo arts and I went "Oh, cool, shaman/exorcist/Hakurei Reimu Ara, that can be cool!" but after seeing her in leveling stream... I was left kinda meh. The whole concept is fun, don't get me wrong, but outside of her skills... It gets kinda lost with her 3rd job, because as someone said, if you cut the bottom half of her, she would look just like an office lady. Like she's not even looking like a divine priestess or some kind of demi-goddess, they just slapped the floating scarf on her and were like "Yep, that'll do". And don't even get me started on her combos, they look so clunky and slow, plus literally the same knockup with different color? Yeah, my hopes with ZZXX talismans were high but they got obliterated pretty fast. Tbh KoG served us with Antithese, like really served, I love how they made Eve look, how they made her unique in a way that her movement changes, her Madoka-ish skill effects are chef's kiss, but after that... It's just lazy imo? LA was fun in concept, but they kinda half-assed her as well. Raven... Overhyped imo, people just like edgy even tho they say it's cringe. And now Ara is just another level of lazy. Let's hope next 4th path will get at least half of work Eve got.
idk if its just me but has anyone notice how her poses are kinda literally the same as her other classes lmao and i agree her skills do seem like its recycled
Comet looks pretty underwhelming for a bravery skill Edit: looks like I can't read lol. I wonder why it's classified as a strength skill when it consumes all the energy you have on cast? If used at 10 energy you're basically using 500mp for it (if you consider each Energy as 30mp + the 200 mp, and you can't even cast it with mp alone). Weird.
@@waselu7578 edited my comment but I could have sworn when I checked yesterday it was listed aa bravery. I might have been tripping I'm confused on why it isn't bravery though since it takes a minimum 230 mp basically (200mp + at least 1 energy) to cast
Comet is one of the oddest skills well not oddest but reading what it does, is pretty uh an oddity I don't know how I feel about it. but I definitely want the Twin headed Turtle Dragon despite not a dragon, but I now feel like I want one as a pet option, imagine it using Ice Breath on mobs. or in command it puffs out a small amount of ice and snowflakes as a cute animation. I don't know why, I really just love this class despite it just released in Kr. Edit: *For those who might not understand what Comet does* Comet is a 200mp skill, but it grants Increase Magical Attack Power buff and uses an amount of Energy (Max of 10 it consumes) for 30 seconds. A pretty good/situational skill meant for buffing despite it being an odd skill.
