As for Joker, on the other hand, I hope he'll speak in Arena and the anime, but I think that Atlus won't give him a personality in the anime and Arena, and Jun Fukuyama will probably only voice grunts. As for his lines in the game, they're spoken by other characters in the manga and will be spoken by other characters in the anime.

As for the interrogation, jokers phone was set up to activate the metaverse nav upon Akechi seeing it, this is what I assume allowed joker to use his cognition of the gun Akechi used as being fake, and therefore harmless, though that is just speculation on my part.

I love seeing Morgana jump to the front of the line when everyone is escaping Kamoshida's Palace. He's a cute character and I liked him a whole lot more than I thought I would, he's more than just a mascot character, he was super helpful and I loved him to pieces
tbh i think they should have added more anime cutscenes in the game. There are so many in and before the first chapter with Kamoshida but afterwards there are only a few. Anyways, this is probably the only thing i kinda have to say against this amazing game
In the Madarame arc, there are three cutscenes and oly one is anime based. In the Kaneshiro arc, there are two cutscenes and zero are anime based. I don't know if its just me, but I am not a fan of some of the 3d models for the characters. Its worse in the cutscenes because the faces kinda look weird compared to glorious 2d anime cutscenes. I like the UI and how stylish it is, but the 3d models are meh for me.

The reason people hate Akechi is not because he betrays you, it’s because he is a psychopath who is responsible for murdering multiple people for self-gain as a “detective”, to defame the Phantom Theives’ name and to earn his father’s affection. Unlike the protagonist, he succumbed to his struggles and used his powers for evil. I don’t hate him but I understand why people do. He is the yin to the protagonist’s yang.

My tv was messed up when I played the game, and for some weird reason, the voice overs for the animated cutscenes were almost always barely audible and without subtitles I could hardly hear a thing. I could get the gist, but it was frustrating at times with all the little bits I'd missed and the presentation.
For the scene where Ren and Ann talk about Kamoshida. I can tell that Ren wanted to do something and say something. I feel like it reminds him about helping that woman which caused him to get in trouble and on probation. Or maybe he wanted to do something but felt too powerless to do anything or it was probably gonna go down like how he got probation in the first place...
All these people talking about how they ship ann and the protag... I personally found Morgana's crush on Ann to be the most pure crush and I sincerely hoped throughout the game that they could find a way for it to work out.

thank you so much for this. My tv was messed up when I played the game, and for some weird reason, the voice overs for the animated cutscenes were almost always barely audible and without subtitles I could hardly hear a thing. I could get the gist, but it was frustrating at times with all the little bits I'd missed and the presentation.
For the scene where Ren and Ann talk about Kamoshida. I can tell that Ren wanted to do something and say something. I feel like it reminds him about helping that woman which caused him to get in trouble and on probation. Or maybe he wanted to do something but felt too powerless to do anything or it was probably gonna go down like how he got probation in the first place...

I absolutely love this game franchise
It's really interesting how top heavy the cutscenes are. I guess they planned to have loads of animated cutscenes throughout but ran out of resources.
All these people talking about how they ship ann and the protag... I personally found Morgana's crush on Ann to be the most pure crush and I sincerely hoped throughout the game that they could find a way for it to work out.
The way morgarna opens up to catch everyone falling from the pyramid makes me kinda anxious about what he opens up

Some of the very few moments where we'll hear Xander Mobus speak in Persona 5 The Animation. I hope Mobus will voice both Ren and Yusuke in The Animation, so he'll be allowed to speak more than in the game because he voices two characters, one of which is not a silent protagonist.

Ren's voice actor. You probably don't know him because Ren barely talks, but in the anime (if it gets dubbed), Mobus might voice yusuke too (WWhy did they need to employ a different voice actor for Yusuke ifhe has the same voice as Ren?)
