I’ve just found out that my grandfather was a dispatch rider in the Scots guards in ww2 riding the bsa m2 .

Courted my girl in the sixties on a 350cc twin...took her from San Diego to Long Beech and back in the RAIN to view the Queen Mary ocean liner. I assured her we were having fun. She must of believed me because six weeks later she married me anyway. She has continued to believe me (I hope) all the years later. Jim
