I have a cisco project to make for college, and one of the tasks was "configure static routing so each device can communicate with another". Do you know how i do that?
Yes, notice the only thing he configured were IP addresses on the router interfaces (g0/0 & g0/1) and the IP addresses for the end points (PCs). These switches are L2 devices, and do not require IP addresses for communication. Only for remote access, which is another topic. I know I’m late but, oh well! Lol

is the router by default allow all traffic from one port to another on its firewall, bacause you put 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0 on g0/0 port and on g0/1 is was 192.168.2.1 255.255.255.0... if the router by default firewall rule allow all all that is fine, but if the other way around.... it is more sense if the ip of g0/1 is 192.168.1.2 or up to .254 255.255.255.0, base on the goal you want to do is send data from pc 39 to pc 42
