@@Mr438IB Waterfall is best in an environment of certainty. In longevity we haven't yet found the paradigm that'd get us over 120. We don't even know the right questions to ask. So at this stage I believe the best approach is extreme risk taking: fuck around and find out. Experiment and iterate. Until one of us achieves a breakthrough keep it agile?
