I was surprised by Mariska's emotion in real life, after Meloni announced in the fiction that he was leaving. She probably knows the real reasons for that change. I would have loved to have a small part in one of the episodes, just to experience that nice team atmosphere. It's more than a show I remember Calling my grandma to discuss episodes... shes passed now and my daughter's grown now and it's amazing. My mom and I still call and talk about the show. I love Ice he's a really good fit for this show.

I've been watching this show since the first episode aired when I was in high school, and ALL these years later I still love it. Mariska and Ice T is the best TV match up. The entire cast from the OG crew to the new cast has been top notch.
Props to these two for remaining on the show for 25 years. My mother and I would watch this show whenever it came on. If these two leave, then that's a wrap. Truly Mariska and Ice-T are the OGs 👍🏼
One thing I love in the show is Finn, I think he's a fantastic character that really gets his moments to shine. Also think about how many young black men, and women have probably joined the police service thanks to him and his character.
I hope this show goes on for a long time still with both of these two. Olivia is my favorite! Love all of them! I love that Mariska and IceT are so humble and down to earth.
